As an educator, I use the 4 steps to achievement as my guiding principal:  Start with a DESIRE; make the DECISION to pursue your goals; have a DESIGN or plan on how you are going to achieve your goal; finally have the DEDICATION to pursue your goal. 

 

My emphais as an educator is to increase academic achievement while challenging students to be their best.

 

 At times there are intangibles that prevent students from being successful such as anxiety, lack of confidence, or school apathy.  My counseling and mentoring background enables me to address these impediments to success.
